What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist position at Mental Wellness Clinic of Coeur D'Alene?
We are a growing behavioral health agency looking to hire a CERTIFIED Peer Support Specialist. Job duties include: meeting with members to complete initial and annual treatment plans, WRAP plans, and 90 day reviews, sharing personal experiences, and encouraging recovery. Must have reliable transportation, auto insurance and pass a criminal background check. Must be able to work independently, have good time management skills, be able to complete progress notes and paperwork on time, and attend staff supervision meetings monthly.
MUST have Peer Support Training and Certificate (or be in training currently to apply).
- Flexible hours and a great work atmosphere. This position can either be part-time or full-time.
- Benefit allowance ($50-$150 per month) for full-time employees (min 30 hrs/week).
- Cell phone allowance
- Paid attendance for staffing meetings once a month
