Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate all calibration system labels and assist in periodic vendor audits for quality
- Maintain and update calibration records and databases to ensure accurate documentation
- Schedule and coordinate calibration activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Perform checks on equipment to ensure durability and quality before making orders for new equipment
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for equipment distribution and calibration services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Provide training and support to staff on calibration procedures and best practices
- Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as necessary
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in calibration coordination
- Knowledge of industry best practices for corrective and preventive maintenance
- Strong technical and regulatory expertise, particularly in the pharmaceutical or personal care industry
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus
- Experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and OTC compliance standards
