CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
• Implement Project Control strategies to track project progress, cost management, and risk assessment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure construction activities align with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and contract administration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project performance.
