Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Oversee the procurement and inventory management of equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and FDA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
