Receptionist/Registrar
Reports to the Regional Support Specialist
PROFILE
As with all employees at Mentoring Alliance (MA), the Receptionist/Registrar (RR) is considered to be a minister of the gospel. MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Receptionist/Registrar is to provide high-quality customer service to Mentoring Alliance constituents and to execute programmatic registration processes.
CLASSIFICATION AND STATUS
This is a class 10 non-exempt position. It is part-time and averages 0-30 hours per week.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Performs Reception Duties:
● Greets office guests of Mentoring Alliance.
● Answers questions and connects guests to the appropriate staff members.
● Answers Mentoring Alliance’s main telephone line in an upbeat and friendly manner.
● Returns missed calls, voicemails, and emails received at the reception desk.

2. Manages Registration Activities:
● Oversees all aspects of the registration process for the After School and Summer Camps Programs.
● Communicates with members and parents to answer registration and account questions.
● Takes payments in person or over the phone.
● Registers members and parents in the Enrollsy database.
3. Provides Regional Administrative Support:
● Provides administrative support including but not limited to bulk mailings, recordkeeping, and events.
● Provides administrative support to RSS as needed.
4. Other Duties as Assigned by Supervisor and/or the regional Executive Director:
● Serves on appropriate committees; attends staff meetings, board meetings, and other staff functions.
● Strengthens teamwork, collaboration, alignment, morale, transparency, credibility, and trust throughout the ministry.
● Fulfilled necessary tasks, projects, or roles assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Some college preferred
● Bilingual English/Spanish required
● Experience in administration required
● Some experience in registration preferred
● Word processing and general computer experience required
