Located in Eau Claire, WI, MenuMetric develops specialized software that dynamically presents and tracks the sale of aftermarket products for Automotive, RV, Marine, and Powersport dealerships.
Job Responsibilities: The Customer Support Specialist is a professional who is responsible for troubleshooting questions, comments and complaints regarding dealerships via phone, email, and live chat. Working to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships. They will also assist in the setup and testing of new accounts.
Necessary Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Customer service experience in person or by phone.
- Organized and structured
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Computer proficiency
- Microsoft Word and Excel
Helpful Skills (not required):
- Sales experience: automotive, RV, marine or powersport job experience.

This position requires some in office work in Eau Claire, WI. The job will be split between work from home and in office as needed.
