Menzner Hardwoods Company is seeking long-term career employees interested in production/manufacturing for Resaw, Lead Deco, UV Putty Line, Rip-Saw, and Forklift Operator positions. We are looking for hardworking, motivated, and dependable employees. Duties may include setting up and operating different machines and inspecting finished products for compliance with all quality requirements.

Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years old, physically capable of lifting/maneuvering up to 30 lbs regularly, be capable of standing for 8 hours/shift, work well with coworkers in a team environment, and have solid work tenure in prior employment. Knowledge of LOTO and mechanical skills preferred.

First Shift Hours : 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Second Shift Hours : 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm Monday - Friday with $0.75 shift premium for second shift. The shift includes a paid break and paid lunch. Overtime hours are required as production needs arise, which typically involve working 9-hour shifts during the week, and an occasional 6-hour shift on Saturdays.
