Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation. Duties
- Provide support to field team by tracking jobs, including material delivery and building inspections.
- Apply for and obtain trade permits.
- Coordinate with payroll department to ensure all time cards are submitted.
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, record keeping, and communication purposes.
- Assist with onboarding employees .
- Receive and track material in warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects and initiatives.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proficient in file management and organization techniques.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse team members.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in office software applications.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
