The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Earn to $16-$18.47 an hour. Monday - Friday 9:00am-5 and/or 11:30am - 7:30pm

Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.
- Review and implement IEP or treatment plan
- Complete timely ongoing data collection, including parent/staff correspondence and all required documentation
- Provide behavioral interventions and physical interventions as needed. Interventions vary based on program regulations and appropriate training is provided based on same.
- Accompany and assist clients(s)/student(s) with activities and daily living which may include assisting with toileting and grooming.

Required
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required
- 3-6 months or more experience working with people with autism or disability.
- Availability of working during operation hours of 9:00am - 7:30 pm Monday - Friday. Some Evenings are required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification OR ability to complete 40 hours of competency-based training within 1-2 weeks of employment.
Salary : $16 - $18
