Earn $30.19 / hour
The licensed behavioral therapist plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) serving Lehigh and Northampton Counties . They are responsible for collaborating with the treatment team members to assess, design, and direct the implementation of a recovery-oriented treatment and support plan. This plan uses a person-centered approach for children and adults with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide intensive therapeutic services in all types of settings, including but not limited to community living arrangements, schools, community settings, natural support residences, and more.
- Lead development and monitoring of behavioral support interventions and / or collaborating with external behavior support professionals.
- Provide individual and group treatment and support, choosing applicable modalities according to each individual's / family's needs and treatment plan.
- Collect, evaluate, and present behavioral data through a functional behavioral assessment process.
- Conduct trainings related to the implementation of person-centered plans.
