This role collaborates closely with the Regional and Executive Directors to ensure the delivery of high-quality residential services.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain current licenses, agreements, certifications, and approvals for all residential facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Foster professional relationships with state, county, and agency representatives to support program success and collaboration.
- Provide biweekly supervision and support to Site Supervisors to ensure effective program operations and staff performance.
- Monitor and achieve financial goals, staying informed of departmental budgets and financial performance.
- Assist in developing new programs and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in residential services.

- Master's degree or higher in Human Services
- Five years' experience in management or supervision of behavioral health programming
Salary : $81,000
