The ideal candidate for this Program Specialist role will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with two years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities. Alternatively, a Master's degree from an accredited institution, combined with one year of experience, will also be considered. A valid current driver's license is also required. The successful candidate will join our team in Coraopolis, PA, providing casework for a specific caseload, monitoring individual program plans (IPP) and/or individual support plans (ISP), and offering adult program activities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This role includes coordination and involvement in community participation supports (CPS) and/or community engagement activities.
