- Proven Sales Expertise:At least 2 years of sales experience, within or outside the cannabis industry
- Excellent Communication:Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Sales and Negotiation Acumen:Proven ability to close deals and manage negotiations
- Technical Knowledge:A thorough understanding of our products and the cannabis industry
- Detail-Oriented Organization:Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on details
- Relationship Building:A track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Tech Proficiency:Must be comfortable with computer use and various software applications
- Self-Starter Attitude:Independent, motivated, and proactive approach to work
- Team Collaboration:Strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
- Local Presence:Based in or near Portland, OR, with a commitment to safety in all activities
- Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Required state-wide travel
- OLCC Marijuana workers permit (Required)
- Compensation:Competitive compensation structure with a mix of base salary and uncapped commission
