What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise and motivate a dedicated team of packaging associates, ensuring everyone is working efficiently and meeting quality standards.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with upper management and your team to ensure smooth communication and achieve production goals.
- Solve Problems: Identify issues as they arise and come up with practical solutions that keep operations flowing seamlessly.
- Ensure Quality Control: Perform frequent quality checks throughout the day, ensuring the final product meets our high standards.
- Drive Productivity: Encourage your team to maintain a sense of urgency while upholding safety, cleanliness, and organization in the packaging area.
- Train & Develop: Provide training to new team members, ensuring they understand proper packaging techniques and are set up for success.
