We are seeking a Post-Harvest Specialist to join our team in the cannabis industry! If you’re a motivated, reliable, and hard-working individual who can take on a variety of tasks, we want you. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who is ready to stay active all day, lead by example, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately weigh out cannabis products for packaging.
- Operate small machinery for applying labels and stickers to products.
- Grind marijuana to meet specific quality standards.
- Run joint rolling machines to produce high-quality cannabis joints.
- Package products efficiently and accurately.
- Take on a variety of post-harvest tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Lead by example, supporting and motivating team members.
Qualifications:
- Must have an OLCC permit
- Strong work ethic with the ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
- A versatile "jack of all trades" who enjoys tackling a variety of tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience in the cannabis industry
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail.
