If you know the Oregon cannabis market, we don’t need to explain how competitive it is. You’ve been in the shops. You know the players. You know what sells and what doesn’t.
At Vibes Wholesale, we’re not new here — we’re a respected, female-owned brand with deep roots in Oregon’s cannabis space. We represent our own in-house line plus some of the most consistent, high-performing flower in the state. And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step in and move product.
We want a sharp, reliable, service-driven sales pro who knows the landscape, speaks the language, and brings value to every shop visit.
What You’ll Do
Stock & Educate: Keep your accounts well-stocked and dialed in on what sets our products apart.
Drive Conversions: Execute targeted sample drops, in-person visits, and meaningful follow-ups that convert leads into active buyers.
Manage Accounts: Keep tight records. Log shop visits, follow-ups, buyer preferences, and order activity in the CRM.
Territory Travel: This is a road job. You'll be traveling across your region in a company car, visiting accounts and growing relationships.
Deliver Feedback: You’re the eyes and ears on the ground — keep our leadership looped in with market insight and retail trends.
Push Sales: Show up with intention. Build demand. Hit your numbers. Then aim higher.
Stay Flexible: Cannabis moves fast. We need someone who can shift gears and hustle when the market calls for it.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in B2B cannabis sales
Solid knowledge of the Oregon market, retailers, and compliance
Comfortable with METRC, CRM tools, and modern sales workflows
Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
Clean driving record
Willingness to travel long distances and manage a large territory
Professional, proactive, and highly organized
Must be 21 and based in or near Portland
