Vibes Wholesale is a respected, female-owned cannabis company with a solid footprint in Oregon. We represent our own in-house brand plus some of the best flower and products in the state. We're looking for an experienced, self-driven sales professional ready to apply their skills in a new industry — with the support and training to make the transition successfully.
- Build and Grow a Territory: Develop relationships with dispensary buyers across Oregon and turn those connections into consistent orders.
- Sample and Educate: Drop samples, host budtender trainings, and make sure retail staff knows exactly what sets our brands apart.
- Manage Your Accounts: Track visits, conversations, and orders through a CRM. Stay organized and follow through.
- Be on the Road: You’ll be out in the field, not behind a desk. Travel across your region in a company car to stay connected with your accounts.
- Bring Back Market Intel: Share what you're seeing — product feedback, pricing trends, retail challenges — with our leadership team to help us all stay sharp.
- Drive Sales: You're here to move product. We’ll train you on what you need to know about cannabis, but the core of the job is the same: build trust, offer value, and close deals.
- At least 2 years of outside or B2B sales experience
- A strong record of hitting goals and driving revenue
- Excellent communication, time management, and follow-through
- Comfort with CRM systems and general tech fluency
- Willingness to travel statewide and manage your territory independently
- Must be 21 , based in or near Portland, and eligible to get an OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit (required to start)
- Competitive Base Salary Uncapped Commission
