Job Summary
The Assistant / Associate Superintendent - Human Resources has responsibility for planning and directing a comprehensive personnel program for certificated and classified employees of the District including, but not limited to hiring and retention of qualified staff, equal employment opportunities / affirmative action programs and the staffing of schools. TheServes as a member of the Superintendent's Cabinet.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Certification (Master's degree from an accredited college or university)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 professional letters)
