Principal Purpose of Position:
The corporate recruiter will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment efforts of the organization including but not limited to meeting established KPIs. Responsible for attracting qualified candidates for open job positions and assessing their relevant knowledge and experience, this essential HR team member will forge partnerships with hiring managers in relation to the operating procedures of the recruitment department. The recruiter remains up to date on the requirements of the various positions in the company and acts as an advocate for new employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review resumes received to determine eligibility for phone screen.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Submit and review candidates with the hiring managers in applicant tracking system.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Make verbal offers of employment.
- Negotiate salaries.
- Building and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the organization to help generate referrals.
- Keep hiring managers current on recruiting efforts.
- Partner with HR team to keep them aware of candidates in hiring pipeline.
- Attend job fairs.
- Post job openings
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and 5 years' experience in recruiting in-house or at the agency level with upward movement. Automotive industry a plus.
· Experience working closely with hiring managers and building partnerships.
· Knowledge of recruitment KPIs including time to fill and others.
· Experience with high volume recruitment with a proven track record of success
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System and HRIS

Travel Required:
Travel to other stores in dealer group may be required from time to time.
