Job Overview
Intern should understand how IT teams of this department are supporting Engineering, Warranty, ASBD, CAC & MB Academy business areas and look for opportunities for innovation and automation
Implement Agile processes in service delivery model in CAC & MB Academy domains
Develop Weekly dashboards for each business domain
Collaborate with other IT teams and business to improve process efficiencies
Responsibilities
- Understands the overall concept of Mercedes Benz, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
- Rotates through our responsible areas of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
- Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
- Assists in creating performance reports
Qualifikationen Qualifications / Education
Education
To qualify for this internship opportunity, you must be a rising junior, senior enrolled in in a Bachelor's program

During this 8-10 week summer internship, you will be required to report the office 3 times a week at our Sandy Springs, GA headquarters
