Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support – Maintain employee records, assist with documentation, and respond to HR inquiries.
Compliance & Recordkeeping – Conduct audits, track sales licenses, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Onboarding Coordination – Prepare welcome materials, schedule onboarding sessions, and ensure proper documentation.
Timekeeping Support – Process employee callouts, track attendance trends, and report findings.
Employee Engagement – Assist with company newsletters and help organize employee events.
Training & Development – Track training completion, provide updates to managers, and support compliance efforts.
Reporting & HR Support – Compile HR reports, maintain metrics, and provide assistance when the HR Manager is off-site.

Pay : $19 - $23 / hour
