How You Will Make an Impact
Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a Service Support Specialist, you will be on the front lines of delivering elevated hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to develop a loyal customer base. You will impact whether we become our guest’s favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls in an extremely courteous, enthusiastic, and professional manner as part of our call center
- Scheduling service reservations
- Identify guests’ needs, clarify information, and offer assistance and support
- Responding to guest inquiries via chat
Qualifications
- Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
- A strong desire to succeed
- Focus on providing customers an outstanding experience in every interaction
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment that includes working with a high volume of phone calls, chats, and email inquiries
- Ability to multi-task (example: finishing emails or chat sessions while taking calls)
- Organizational skills
- Able to develop and maintain the knowledge base required to properly assist guests in a fast-growing company
- Ability to de-escalate a guest interaction
- Able to work as a team player and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CDK Service Edge is a plus
- Punctual and dependable with scheduling flexibility
- Pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
- Standing and Walking: Attendants spend significant time on their feet, walking around the dealership lot and moving vehicles.
- Lifting and Pushing: They must be able to lift up to 50lbs of equipment and push cars, often in tight spaces.
- Reaching and Bending: Attendants frequently reach, bend, and stoop to access vehicle doors and features.
