Description of the role:
The Accounts Payable Clerk at Mercedes Benz of Melbourne will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable activities. This includes verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices from vendors
- Process invoices for payment
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Ensure vendor payments are made accurately and on time
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience processing intercompany transactions
- Experience using Reynolds and Reynolds preferred
