Core Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor if any additional service is needed and provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service technician required
- ASE certifications are ideal
- You have strong teamwork skills
- You are a hard worker and focused problem-solver
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check
