Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Mercedes-Benz of Wappingers Falls is looking for a dedicated Automotive Parts Shipper/Receiver to join our team! Whether you have experience or are new to the field, we’re ready to train you. Apply today and start your career with us!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming parts orders
- Reconcile invoices and packing slips
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping orders
- Review prices, discounts, and payment details for invoice accuracy
- File credit requests for shortages, damages, and parts issues
- Update and maintain parts inventory within the dealership system
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with UPS and FedEx online shipping programs is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer and data entry tasks
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude
