We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry that have previous experience in Customer Service and Retail Sales. We are Customer Focused and Excellence Driven!
As a Mercedes-Benz Service Advisor you are the first point of contact with our Customers in our Service Drive. You will be trained in product offerings, manufacturer maintenance and service guidelines. Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right individuals!
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet Service Customers promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify Customer’s service needs
- Explain the repair process to Customers in person or via telephone and text messaging
- Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, effectively communicate this information with customer and get proper authorization.
- Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day by active communication with the Service Technicians. Contact Customers to communicate and receive approval regarding changes in cost estimates, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
- Effectively communicate with Service Technicians and Parts advisors
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repair in accordance with manufacture guidelines
- Take ownership of the Customer’s experience to promote a positive impression of the Dealership. The Best or Nothing
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be Technology savvy
- Ability to Prioritize and Multitask
- Must possess excellent Customer Service skills
- Valid Driver’s License
