The Office of the President at Mercedes-Benz USA drives strategic initiatives and organizational transformation to support the company’s growth and long-term success. Acting as a central point of coordination, the office works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to refine processes, simplify operations, and implement solutions that address complex business challenges. Mercedes-Benz USA Office of the President Junior Associate Consultant Overview and Responsibilities
The Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) is a highly visible jane/jack of all trades that will support and lead complex, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company, especially our Executive Management (ExCom) Team. As an integral part of the President’s Office team, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the President and CEO, the JAC will actively collaborate to drive value creation, process efficiency, operational excellence, and successful project execution. In addition, the JAC will offer critical value-added research, analyses, and professional insights that will drive strategic and operational decision Primary responsibilities of the Office of the President JAC:

- Responsible for all aspects of supporting executive-level projects.
- Support overall planning, coordination, and execution of all employee-facing activities.
- Support in preparing presentations and recommendations to Senior and Executive Management.
- Support the President and CEO as well as ExCom members with ad hoc studies, special projects, presentations, reports, and analyses when the need arises.
- Track and share valuable industry insights, bringing creative ideas to the team.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate student enrolled in a Master's program (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, and Economics majors or related field)
- Available from March 2025 - March 2026
- Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 20 hours maximum per week
- Proof of Proficiency (Portfolio, Recommendation Letters, etc.)
- Proficiency in German language is not mandatory
- Proven ability to innovate and transform complex constructs to simple analyses for interpretation.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects within a given timeframe.
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate data and reports under tight time constraints required.
- Self-starter and highly developed attention to detail with flexibility and the ability to pivot as scopes change.
- Strong problem formulation, problem-solving, critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
