Role Description
This full-time, on-site role supports a wide range of functions within our HR department. From recruiting and on-boarding to payroll support and employee communication, you’ll be a key player in helping our people thrive. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with Benefits Administration
- Post job ads, screen applicants, and assist with on-boarding
- Help coordinate new hire orientation and leadership training
- Support payroll processing (ADP) and maintain accurate employee records
- Answer HR and payroll-related questions and provide top-notch employee support
- Generate reports and assist with data audits and compliance
- Assist in implementing process improvements and HR initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Benefits Administration experience
- Working knowledge of HRIS and/or applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with employment law and benefits administration
- Payroll experience (multi-state or ADP experience a plus!)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
