Merchandise Director - Brand Revolution USA
Reports To : Director of Strategy
Job Purpose :
As a Merchandise Director at Brand Revolution, you will be responsible for managing enterprise accounts within our diverse client portfolio, which includes some of the world's most influential brands. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all client matters, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver bespoke merchandise solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Additionally, you will drive business growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities :
Partner with Brand Revolution’s top clients to deliver best-in-class merchandise solutions that align with their brand strategy.
Understand client goals and proactively identify areas where Brand Revolution can provide added value.
Lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service and seamless project execution.
Manage in-person and virtual client meetings to align on project requirements and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Proactively generate new business opportunities through established and emerging channels.
Collaborate with suppliers to source innovative products that meet client specifications.
Develop comprehensive quotations and proposals in partnership with our in-house studio team.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to integrate additional Brand Revolution services where applicable.
Worth with our in-house production team to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfilment.
Meet and exceed sales targets as set in collaboration with leadership.
Travel as needed for client meetings, new business pitches, and strategic planning sessions.
Person Specification / Core Competencies :
10 years of experience in the promotional merchandise industry is highly desirable.
Strong, persuasive approach to account management with a proven ability to drive sales.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, and Excel. HubSpot proficiency is also a preference.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and eager to achieve and exceed targets.
Confident in engaging with clients and suppliers over the phone and in-person.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
High level of integrity and appreciation for confidentiality.
