Job Description
This full-time position requires 40 hours of work per week, with varied shifts between 7:15am-6pm Monday through Friday and a Saturday morning rotation. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in personal computers and mobile devices, and a genuine desire to serve others.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide support to external and internal customers through various digital channels
• Utilize effective problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues
• Develop and maintain proficient knowledge of personal computers, mobile devices, and applications
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps
