What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Merchants Bank?
At Merchants Bank, we're seeking a part-time Teller to join our team. As a part of our family-friendly, employee-owned company, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a variety of responsibilities.
This role will involve working 15-25 hours per week, including two Saturday mornings a month. Shifts may vary between 7:15am – 5:45pm Monday - Friday and 8:45am – 12:15pm on Saturdays. You may also be required to work at nearby branches on occasion.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, and a quick learner. Duties will include providing excellent customer service, cross-selling products and services, and processing various banking transactions. Previous experience with cash handling and customer service is preferred.
