The Treasury Management Sales Officer is responsible for prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new treasury management clients while also serving as the primary relationship manager for assigned existing treasury management clients. You are also responsible for delivering integrated treasury management solutions to a wide array of clients by providing product expertise and consultation and partner with client-facing teammates in various markets to consult on sales opportunities.

- Identify and develop new business across the bank's growing footprint.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treasury management solutions.
- Partner with business bankers to cross-sell treasury management products.
- Actively manage a growing portfolio of treasury management clients.
- Understand competitors' strengths and gaps to effectively position the bank's treasury management solutions.
- Collaborate to develop effective training and marketing materials.
- Promote new sales development through frequent client interactions to introduce new products and provide market and industry updates.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in coordination with global business development initiatives.
- Manage complete sales process including proposals and implementations.
What we are looking for…
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (required) – concentration in business or finance preferred.
- A minimum of five years' combined experience in sales and banking. (Required)
- A sound base knowledge of banking and/or treasury management principles.
- Outstanding communication and follow-through with a successful history of building and growing professional relationships.
- Comfortable with outside calling and prospecting.
- A self-starter who can also self-direct with day-to-day task management.
- A CTP and/or AAP certification preferred.
- Someone who can travel overnight. (less than 25%)
