Please do not share outside of the organization.Your Role : The Designer is responsible for developing process packages for high purity specialty gas and chemical delivery systems. Designer will execute product designs and drawings that meet safety and functional requirements. Specific Responsibilities Include : Utilize CAD applications to develop drawings suitable for manufacturing and customer use, from product documentation, assembly models, drawings, bill of materials, and schematicsPerform transactions in MRP / ERP systems to create or update bills of materialsConnect drawings to parts Process Engineering Change Requests which would result in revisions to drawings, bill of materials, and as-built recordsProvide technical support to manufacturing and commercial as neededSupport new product integration into manufacturingDevelop and implement improvement plans for cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency improvementsWho You Are : Minimum Qualifications : Associates Degree in Mechanical Design, Computer Drafting, or other technical drafting certificate disciplines1 years of experience in SolidWorks including part modeling, advanced assembly, and drawing detailPreferred Qualifications : Strong knowledge of drafting practices and procedures, basic math( including geometry) 3D modeling / visualization experienceExperience in the use of document management systemExperience in MRP / ERP system such as SAPStrong analytical, technical and problem solving skillsAbility to communicate across media and collaborate in a cross functional team environmentAbility to work in a fast pace environmentAttention to detail and ability work in aligning with business needs and prioritiesThe Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
