Who You Are
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Master's (advanced) Degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in automation, operational technology, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert knowledge in process control design and applications in process industries with a strong understanding of robotics, IoT, and data analytics.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of industry wide technology trends and best practices.
- Expertise on standards and guidelines.
- Keen to act flexibly and cope with changing conditions in a cross functional global network.
- Business travel of up to 40% both domestic and international.
