Job Description

The Associate Director – US Precision Medicine will be a part of the the US Precision Medicine COE responsible for supporting biomarker testing initiatives, including biomarker tumor strategy, launch support and tactical implementation. The incumbent will lead the precision medicine responsibilities for both inline and potential upcoming launches for new indications and new products. The scope of responsibility will span Thoracic, including Head & Neck and Lung cancers, as well as new alliance partnership products. This is an individual contributor role that will report to the Director, US Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support biomarker driven indications for Thoracic Cancers (Head and Neck, Lung, etc) as well as Skin Cancers - providing insights and diagnostic strategic initiatives to aid the tumor brand team strategy & promotional plans

  • Provide strategic support for upcoming launches…

  • Lead the broader Precision Medicine efforts on biomarker marketing and education to consumer patients through a variety of channels and approaches

  • Manage the full US Precision Medicine budget, along with leading the profit plan and long-term expense planning processes for US Precision Medicine

  • Lead the development and execution of the innovative pilots, messaging campaigns, and resources to address customer needs and increase biomarker testing

  • Lead 1S/2S National Sales Meetings for the Precision Medicine team, leading the PM marketing teams to pull through execution to the field facing teams


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, medical technology). Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, PhD) preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical marketing or precision medicine/diagnostics, or a related field.

  • Strong relationship building, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills

  • Experience influencing without direct authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology marketing

  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:

$153,800.00 - $242,200.00
