About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead our US Oncology Insights team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving the creation and use of customer and external insights from market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence to shape US Oncology strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and optimize performance

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- MBA or significant industry experience with a BS required
- 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical insights generation
- Demonstrated ability to compare and recommend integrated approaches to address business needs
