The Communications Coordinator will play a hands-on role in supporting the Marketing Department by contributing to creative social media strategies, crafting engaging content, and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across platforms. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Drive impactful social media strategies to amplify brand presence and engagement.
- Assist with social media strategy by leading influencer communications.
- Create and curate vibrant, organic, and on-trend content across all platforms, capturing the pulse of our audience.
- Enhance user experiences by updating chatbots for timely posts and maintaining seamless Link in Bio functionality.
- Spark connections on LinkedIn by posting biweekly market insights, updates, and event highlights.
- Capture the energy of our market events through compelling photos and videos for social media and LinkedIn storytelling.
- Lead SMS campaigns to promote sitewide sales with engaging, action-driven messages.
- Collaborate with Waterfall reps to brainstorm and refine innovative SMS strategies.
- Harness the power of AI tools to craft dynamic, audience-focused marketing copy that maximizes engagement and conversions.
- Perform market research by designing and analyzing surveys for customer feedback.
- Work with the team to strategize the placement of Paid Social Ads.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associate’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience in communication or marketing preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
- Experience with marketing and project management best practices.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for managing and optimizing social media campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing content is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for organizing and analyzing data efficiently are a plus.
- Experience with Waterfall, our SMS platform, to enhance messaging strategies and campaign effectiveness is a plus.
