SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics Administrator to manage, configure, and support our Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM system. This role will be responsible for system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and optimizing Dynamics workflows to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or AX, NAV, GP, BC, etc.), strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- System Administration: Maintain, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM to support business needs.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues, working closely with IT and third-party support vendors.
- Customization & Optimization: Implement enhancements, custom fields, forms, dashboards, and reports to improve user experience.
- Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics and other business applications (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint, third-party APIs).
- Data Management: Oversee data imports, exports, cleansing, and backups to maintain data integrity.
- Training & Documentation: Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end users.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure system compliance with company policies and industry regulations, applying security best practices.
- Process Improvement: Analyze business workflows and recommend process automation or system enhancements.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, workflows, role-based security, and data management.
- Familiarity with SQL, SSRS reporting, and basic scripting for automation is preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to support multiple teams.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 3 or more years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM administration (or previous versions like AX, NAV, GP).
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) is a plus.
