SUMMARY
The Email Marketing Associate is responsible for the decision-making process of planning, coordinating, and executing email, print, and SMS campaigns for customer retention. This full-time role involves collaborating with eCommerce promotions, copy, communications, graphics, and other internal teams as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Collaborate with ecommerce promotions, copy, graphic design, and product development teams to create and deliver impactful email campaigns, including product surveys and sales promotions.
- Create and maintain a detailed promotional calendar, track campaign details such as copy, schedules, and promotional assets, while making data-driven decisions on which products to feature in email promotions based on performance insights.
- Manage daily email operations, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, scheduling, and deployment of campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools and platforms to craft, analyze, and optimize email copy and campaign effectiveness.
- Segment email lists based on customer classes and other relevant criteria to tailor campaigns for distinct customer groups.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize performance and increase conversion rates
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and monthly reports, to refine strategies and enhance engagement and ROI.
- Work closely with offshore marketing teams to review and approve promotional materials for accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Organize and update process documentation and content libraries to support operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Experience using Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Analytics, SharePoint and ClickUp is a plus but not required.
- HTML code experience a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Highly organized with proven ability to proof his/her own projects, work under pressure, handle multiple simultaneous projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
- Education & Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in Email Marketing preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Graphic Design preferred.
