Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate stock replenishment by working with purchasing and warehouse teams.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in inventory forecasting to support procurement and demand planning.
- Oversee inventory transfers between locations, ensuring proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory management.
- Support inventory-related reporting, providing data analysis and insights.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to optimize stock levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2 or more years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving inventory.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures (if applicable).
- Use of scanners, computers, and other inventory tracking tools.
