Customer Outreach Associate Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports.
