We are looking for a Dispatcher to add to our team of customer-focused, team-driven professionals in the Tacoma area. The primary role of the dispatcher is to ensure that service technicians’ daily schedules run efficiently and that we meet client needs in a timely and professional manner. The Dispatchers’ goal is to provide exceptional service by skillfully evaluating each customer call for severity needs and concerns and couple them with the appropriate field staff according to skill set, tools or equipment, and location.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 Plus Performance base Bonus

Shift: Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM, On-call rotation

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate all booked service & maintenance calls
• Proactively plan, forecast, and dispatch service calls
• Accurately dispatches the required Service Technician with the correct skill level for the service call minimizing unnecessary costs and building customer confidence
• Communicates the status of the service call to the customer while it is in progress and follows up with the customer after the service call has been completed
• Assist the Service Manager in ordering materials and/or equipment and tracking with the warehouse
• Determine the best course of action, using discretion and judgment to ensure all technician and client concerns are dealt with in a timely manner to enhance client satisfaction and retention
• Works closely with various departments to provide administrative tracking support
• In addition to the Dispatch duties this position will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as requested
• Join the on-call rotation to ensure that customers are taken care of in a timely manner

Skills you bring for success:

• 2 years of dispatch experience
• Working knowledge of Service Titan software a plus
• Relevant work experience in service (repairs/maintenance) work is a plus.
• Conceptual judgment and decision-making skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude
• Stable and poised under pressure and can adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to achieve the target goal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
