The Marketing Manager would be responsible for playing a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, attract new patients, and strengthen each of our clinic’s reputation. You will work closely with our leadership team and collaborate across each department and clinic to ensure our marketing efforts align with our mission and values, business goals, and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and Google Ads.
- Create engaging content (website, blogs, newsletters, social media posts) to enhance our online presence and patient engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and goals.
- Coordinate and execute local events and community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
- Manage each of the clinic’s brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with each office team to create patient-centered campaigns that emphasize our services and care.
- Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights into industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Track and report on marketing expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads, CRM software).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in marketing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of the dental industry or healthcare marketing is a plus.
