Responsibilities
Under indirect supervision the incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day sales with demonstrated results. Incumbent will also be responsible for planning, forecasting, coordinating and monitoring sales and referral programs and activities to facilitate achievement of Dignity Health and local facility growth objectives. The incumbent will analyze and interpret industry trends, market and physician data to develop reports regarding physician activities, growth results, etc. as it pertains to
business development. In addition, the incumbent will serve as a liaison, ensuring that current and anticipated physician questions, needs or concerns are handled promptly and effectively. This position reports to the Vice President Growth (CSO).

$34.50 - $50.97 /hour

Qualifications
- One to two years experience related to hospital based business development, strategy, growth, or sales.
- Two to five years sales experience demonstrating strong relationship management preferred.
- Previous health care experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in a related field required
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and ability to manage multiple demands and projects
- Training in sales techniques and communications, relationship- development theory, information gathering/conflict resolution skills
Pay Range
$34.50 - $50.97 /hour
