Job Summary : This position is responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role involves assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. The HR Associate will work closely with employees at all levels to provide guidance on HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate employee records, and help implement HR policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Departmental Support
- Schedule HR meetings, handle administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage general HR inbox and provide guidance to employees agency-wide on standard practices
- Support various subdepartments of HR as needed
- Track, file, and maintain compliance and mandated company trainings
- Assist with preparing for audits and ensuring company policies are up to date
- Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor or director
