The After-School Program Manager will run the After-School Program (ASP). You will be responsible for planning and implementing the program along with directors and program leaders. This is an onsite position.

PAY: $22.00-23.00/HOUR

DUTIES
- Provides quality programs to Mercy residents in one or more settings. Adjusts programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Maintains program spaces in good condition; coordinates use of program space in accordance with state regulations.
- Works cooperatively with other service providers and community partners to ensure quality services and opportunities for residents.
- Collects data and monitors progress toward desired outcomes on an on-going basis for the Mercy Measurement Initiative, grant reporting, etc.
- Sees that child to staff ratios are always maintained; keeps a list of on-call employees so that child to staff ratios can be maintained even when regular staff are unable to be present.
- Stays within allotted budget and accounts for expenditures in a timely manner.
- Sees that menus are kept current for daily snacks and that all food and supplies are available.
- Meets with funders or parents.
- Keeps all records and paperwork necessary for state licensure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Three (3) years of verifiable full-time or equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience, since the age of 18, in the care and supervision of four or more children.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation, Education, or Human Services.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations.
