About the Role: As a Property Manager, you’ll take the reins at McAuley Meadows – a vibrant 60-unit affordable community for seniors in Auburn, CA. From building operations and resident relations to budgeting and compliance, you’ll have a hand in shaping the experience for everyone who calls McAuley Meadows home.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire site staff to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
Manage daily operations, including leasing, maintenance priorities, and rent collection.
Build strong connections with residents, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
Oversee property financials, ensuring budgets are met and resources are allocated wisely.

Familiarity with housing regulations and compliance.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of local and federal housing laws.
Financial accountability experience.
