Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and/or Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Interact regularly with internal and external personnel including senior management, board members and committees, business partners, and staff. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Pay: $28.00/hour DOE

Duties:
- Create, compose, and prepare correspondence on behalf of leadership. Copy and distribute information.
- Files and maintains all correspondence/communication and information in appropriate action/file.
- Prepares spreadsheets and presentations on behalf of leadership.
- Maintain and manage calendars, coordinate travel and meeting arrangements, and schedule meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain record on credit card accounts and manages expense reporting.
- Acts as liaison with staff, management, and external business partners.
- Provide support on projects.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years of experience, with increasingly responsibility, in secretarial or administrative positions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred.
- Additional experience or training in office or business management.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Flexible, accurate, and detail oriented.
- Strong organization, set-up, and maintenance of filing systems.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work cooperatively and effectively.
- Effective and accurate communication, orally and in writing.
- Work under pressure with constant interruptions and still meet deadlines.
