Monday – Friday, 8 : 30AM – 4 : 30PM; flexibility for occasional nights and weekends when necessary
221 Main Street Hartford, CT, will travel to all sites as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Tech Wiz Edition!)
- System Sorcery : Oversee day-to-day operations of our IT realm, including servers, networks, and systems to ensure peak performance.
- Automation Alchemy : Weather it is Scripts or spells-Cast your wand to streamline processes, boost efficiency and make repetitive tasks a thing of the past.
- Guard Mastery : Fortify our digital fortress, uphold security protocols, educate and arm others in safe downloads and online browsing. Detect and defeat tech bugs before they cause glitches or game-over chaos. Wield your troubleshooting skills to vanish all threats and restore order. Honor backing up vital data for any potential hiccups.
- Scrolls of Knowledge : Maintain Network Maps and help other heroes by building an IT Playbook documenting chronicles of previous troubleshooting Victories. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tech equipment and coordinate purchasing as needed.
- IT Ally Summoner : Oversee Managed Services Provider “MSP” and other IT vendors (Printers, internet, VOIP,etc)
