Mercy TCU is a 5 star, 32 bed subacute facility. We are looking for a hands on approach clinical manger to oversee our patient’s daily quality of care needs along with our excellent nursing team. Ability to collaborate with acute care managers, nursing supervisior and other departments within the facility. Some qualifications and responsibilities - Licensed RN, CPR cert, able to multi task, supervision of staff, up to date knowledge of nursing practice, preferred knowledge of LTC regulations, able to implement and monitor clinical data, monitor, assign daily staffing assignments, and budget knowledge
Responsibilities
The clinical manager assumes 24 hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of the TCU. He/she combines clinical expertise with the application of leadership and nursing management principles to deliver high quality, cost-effective patient care and ensure satisfaction to both internal and external customers.

- Education and Work Experience:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must possess a degree in Nursing
- BSN or Higher preferred
- At least one years of sub acute or long term care experience and 2 years of management experience or demonstrated ability in effective communication, problem solving, performance motivation and leadership.
